Zoie>  You're welcome...and try not to compare your situation to people who are
infertile.  Unless you are venting your disapointment to these people (which
obviously would be very insensitive) then I don't really see what one has to do
with the other.  You had a hope/dream that didn't come to pass, and now you are
having an emotional reaction to the realiztion that life is taking your down a
different path than you had been hoping for.  There is nothing wrong with
those feelings...it is natural.  And it doens't make you any less sensitive to
those going through dificult times dealing with infertility.  Everyone can
always play the "it could be worse" game. But the fact is your desire to have a
daughter is every bit as valid as anyone else's desire for anything else...and
your feelings of disapointment don't make you any less greatful for what you do
have.  They are just feelings you need to work through...and you will.
