I suspect there isn't a right thing to say in this instance, because if you're
TTC (and have been for some time), there couldn't possibly be anything more
frustrating.

I have a friend who's been there, and is there again.  She keeps miscarrying,
too, and I can only imagine the frustration there in the realisation of once
again, having to start over.
