Understandably your head plays tricks with you. BTDT. When I was TTC I was
swimming 4-5 days a week and I was concerned about how that was potentially
interfering with our efforts. However, I was assured it was absolutely not a
going to be a problem and we eventually conceived little girl in 3 cycles. For
other reasons, we absolutely lucked out and it doesn't look like there will be
#2. The exercises you are mentioning won't interfere with implantation. Many
women have intentionally/unintentionally conceived in spite of exercise
programs. If it was a problem, I suppose that there would be warnings left and
right about avoiding different types of exercise.

I recently saw in "Conceive" magazine that the only exercise you may want to
tweak while trying to conceive is running, whether you are new to running or
have run marathons for years. This due to the apparent fact that running may
hinder ovulation in someone who has a low BMI. If you'd like to read the
article, you can find the magazine at places such as Barnes and Noble or Babies
R Us. "Conceive" is published quarterly, and the article is in the recent
spring publication.
