until Aunt Flo sings (or arrives). Do not count yourself out just because
you're period has not arrived. There is one woman whom last time I checked
holds the record for the longest DPO to positive test, and that time was 21
days. Let me explain: she was checking temps and knew what day she ovulated, so
she knew how many days past ovulation she was. DPO = Days Past Ovulation. So
assuming she had a regular luteal phase of 14 days before her period started
and was receiving negative pregnancy tests all that time, this lady was 21 DPO
until she received her first BFP (Big Fat Positive). So, that's one full week
after Aunt Flo was supposed to arrive. Moral of long story which hopefully
makes sense, don't count yourself out until AF shows.
