(Artemis/37336) - Are there things in anatomy that can cause a baby not to turn during labor? I

Are there things in anatomy that can cause a baby not to turn during labor? I
ask because I reviewed both the medical charts from my 2 son's births, and
both of them had persisitent occiput posterior. My first turned after 7 hours
of pushing and was born via a fabulous episiotomy and vacuum extraction. My
second the preoperative diagnosis shows the same thing, but post op shows he
turned, and then was crown presenting. They also put cephalopelvic
disproportion as a reason for my csection (they listed like 5 reasons) Anyhow
since I read somewhere that only a max of like 12% of babies are occ.
posterior, is there possibly something in my anatomy that might cause it?
I'll talk to my doctor, I'm just curoius, but I don't have an appt until
June. lol
