Providing it doesn't hurt your back, you can prop up one side of your body with
a pillow under your hip and a pillow under your shoudler (same side). That way
your weight is off of your lower back and you're still sleeping face up. But
the best thing to do is really to try to just suffer through a cuople nights
and get used to the new sleeping position. A body pillow, or 1 pillow between
your knees and one pillow to hug that props up your top arm adn shoulder, is a
real life saver.
