Babies can flip numerous times in the last weeks.  I think your chances of a
breech baby increase if the baby hasn't flipped by week 36 which is when most
babies settle into the head down position, but I don't have a source for that,
just something I remember hearing/reading a few times.  But even so, the baby
could still flip right up to while you're in labor.
