Curious/Worried> How far along are you? If you're about to give birth, those
two things are normal. If you're very early on in pregnancy, cramping, and a
little light spotty can also be normal. Some women lightly spot through their
entire pregnancies with no known cause or harm done. Sometimes cramping can be
attributed to round ligament pain which is a technical term for the muscles and
ligaments stretching in yoru abdomen as the baby grows and stretches everything
out. If you're bleeding, more than spotting, and the cramping continues, it
could be a sign of miscarriage. All in all, if ANYTHIGN during yoru pregnancy
worries you in the slightest, call the Dr. and ask to be seen. That's what
they're there for! :) good luck!
