Zofran is still used for hyperemesis gravidarum.  I took it for the last 8
months of my recent pregnancy.  It worked well for me when combined with
Phenergan.  Zofran is a Class B and Phenergan is a C.  Of course, Zofran is
still outrageously expensive.  It was $2500 per month to fill half of the
maximum allowable dosage for pregnancy.  My insurance company did cover it, but
my OB had to provide documentation of medical necessity and fight for me.
